A cozy puzzle from a potion shop run by cats

Pour until every bottle is one color.

Tap a bottle, tap another, and watch the potion pour. Sort every color into its own bottle and the level is done. No timers, no rush — just the small, satisfying click of a puzzle coming together.

Try it right here

Three rules. That's the whole game.

  1. 1
Tap a bottle to pick it up.
  2. 2
Tap another to pour. Liquid only lands on the same color or in an empty bottle.
  3. 3
Fill every bottle with one color. Do it in few moves and you earn three stars.

This one is a warm-up. In the game, the boards grow up to twelve colors.

The map

Follow the river through five worlds.

Every 20 levels the river carries your cat into a new hand-painted world. There's a reward chest every 10 levels, big milestones at 25, 50 and 100 — and after Sunset Lake the river flows back to the lagoon, so the map never runs out.

  • The Tropical Lagoon map: a turquoise river with level bottles along its banks

    Tropical Lagoon

    Levels 1–20

  • The Green Water Garden map with a jade river and waterfalls

    Green Water Garden

    Levels 21–40

  • The Crystal Springs map with an icy blue river

    Crystal Springs

    Levels 41–60

  • The Magical Water Garden map with a violet river

    Levels 61–80

  • The Sunset Lake map with a coral-red river

    Sunset Lake

    Levels 81–100, then around again

Every board is checked before you see it. Levels are generated fresh, and each one is run through a solver first. If it can't be solved, you never get it.

Stars mean something

You can't buy a star. You can only earn one.

Solve a level in colors × 3 moves or fewer and you get all three. Stars aren't spent and can't be bought — they're proof of good play, and they open up the shop as you go.

★★★ at most colors × 3 moves
★★ up to 1.8× that
★ any solve

Your best result on each level is kept. Replaying worse never costs you a star.

The Daily Challenge screen with a seven-day reward track above the bottles

        Come back tomorrow

One puzzle a day. The same one for everyone.

The Daily Challenge is free to enter, never costs a life and comes with unlimited shuffles. Play it on consecutive days and the rewards climb all week.

        1. Day 125
        2. Day 250
        3. Day 375
        4. Day 4100
        5. Day 5125
        6. Day 6150
        7. Day 7250

Plus a daily spin. Eight prizes on the wheel — coins, extra lives, and a 200-coin jackpot if you're lucky.

        Stuck?

Three helpers, and they never lock you out.

They're free for your first five levels. After that they use items from reward chests, or a few coins — and coins come from simply winning.

        • Undo

Take back the last pour. One wrong move shouldn't cost you the level.

        • Shuffle

Out of ideas? Re-deal the unfinished bottles — the ones you've completed stay put.

        • Extra bottle

Add an empty bottle for breathing room when the shelf gets crowded.

        Questions

        Good to know

        Is Water Sort free?

Yes. Water Sort is free to play.

        Where can I play it?

Right now, in any modern browser on your phone or computer. On your phone you can add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen, like an app. A native Android version is on its way to Google Play.

        Is my progress saved?

Automatically, on your device, after every move that matters. The game also keeps a backup copy of your last good save, so a failed write can't wipe your progress.

        How hard does it get?

The first levels are hand-picked and start with just two colors and a guiding hand that shows the first moves. From there the boards grow steadily, up to twelve colors and fourteen bottles. Every color in the game is chosen to be easy to tell apart, even on a busy board.

        Is there an ending?

No. New levels keep coming, and the map loops through its five worlds forever. The cosmetics, though, are a finite set you can actually complete.

        The potions won't sort themselves.

The cats are waiting in the shop. It takes one tap to start.
